International Diabetes: Diabetes， especially Type 2 diabetes， is highly correlated with obesity， which is linked to a greater risk of some types of cancers. Are there any substantial evidence supporting the relationship between obese diabetic patients and the risk of cancer?

Dr Davidson: Actually the answer is yes. There are many studies that have shown that people who are obese and people with obesity and diabetes have a greater risk of almost every single cancer with the exception in men， prostate cancer. That is the only type of cancer that is not increased in patients that are obese and obese and diabetic.
